Generally many of us are concentrated on others mistakes without knowing that they also others to some other persons.

Don’t waste your time by thinking about others mistakes, know about yourself and correct mistakes. if you found mistakes or misbehavior in others even your friends don't tell that to a number of persons ,tell it first to that person so that he/she will realize his/her fault ,due to which he/she can correct it easily.

 Another thing is that say what you want as a request but not as a warning.
